The condensing temperature and condensing pressure mainly depend on the cooling water temperature, water quality, water volume and temperature of the surrounding medium, etc., and are related to the temperature rise of the cooling water in the equipment and the structure of the tube condenser. In addition, when the equipment generates oil, scale and air, the water condensing area is not enough, the compressor discharge temperature is too high, and the uneven distribution of cooling water will also increase the condensing temperature or condensing pressure.
As the condensing temperature rises, the exhaust temperature rises, the refrigeration capacity of the refrigerator decreases, and the power consumption increases. When the condensing temperature is too high, it will not only make the operation of the refrigerator unsafe and easily cause accidents, but also reduce the working efficiency of the refrigeration device and the air delivery coefficient of the compressor, and increase the shaft power, thereby increasing the production cost. Therefore, whether it is from the perspective of safety or energy saving, we should strive to use low water temperature, sufficient water volume, good water quality and reasonable selection of tube condensers to adjust the refrigeration system to work at a lower condensing pressure. It is reasonable to use a lower condensing temperature.
